Barter Puzzle

Activity

On 2017.07.04 we did Barter Puzzle as the PPD activity. We were separated into 4 groups and each group was asked to cut a picture into 75 pieces. Then we put them into four bags. But some parts of each picture put into another bag and shuffled the pieces. All teams were given 76 pieces each and asked to complete the puzzle. Then we had to make the picture and also to find missing pieces.

First we tried to make the picture. Then we identified most of our parts are missing. Then we had to talk with other teams and ask for other missing parts. When we were asking for the parts some groups didn’t give our parts. Then we have to exchange pieces with two groups.

Wheel Part
The picture that we got was really difficult one. There was a wheel in one corner and it took more than 30 minutes to complete that part. Some of pieces have stolen from other groups. Because we didn’t expect it. We didn’t think so far and share all the parts with other groups. Finally we had nothing to exchange with them. So we ended up with last place.

My Experience
Though we got last place we learn so many things from that activity. We had to negotiate with different type of people. That was a really difficult task than we thinks. But it improves our communication skills. We didn't think so far and we hadn't pieces to change. Any how that was a great experience for me and my team. We enjoyed it very well.
